This means nothing. What is your argument? Curious you would use that phrase, which other highly compensated employees are working those days? We are hourly labor. Like it or not we are not owners, not managers, not salaried, and not exempt from FLSA.
You want money, I want time off. Time off is worth more because it comes with discretion. Sometimes its worth multiples more but you get to decide how much.
