You know the airlines will then take a hit for not supplying Narcan in Baggage Claim, after someone OD's and is revived from the airplane injector, then drops another dose after deplaning.

If the airlines place it aboard, it will be only to avoid the paperwork involved with a fatal OD on arrival.
