Personal opinion - The training department at Trans States is one of the great things about the airline. It's almost all done in house and the instructors seem to have a lot of say in how training is structured, who gets extended/offered extra time, etc.

That can change in an instant. TSA had a class of 44 in 2007 where only 2 made it through. I knew the 2 who made it and they were both furloughed a few months later. Any HK airline means all decisions are based on the dollar.
