Perhaps not the answer to your question but I offer one correction to what you 'know' and a little on my own experience with similar situation.

1) You can be reassigned up until noon the day prior for each day flying is lost for IOE. Maybe that's what you meant but it's not what you said.

2) I've been displaced for IOE a lot. A couple times I tried trading after being displaced for partial but got an error from ATTOT... it wouldn't let me do it. That doesn't mean you can't trade, perhaps my proposed trade didn't meet the parameters to allow such a trade. Ultimately though, I doubt you will be able to avoid the possibility of being reassigned.
