Yeah, it's a terrible job, and AA's processes do them no favors. I get that. They're just a cog in the wheel.

That's the thing, I had a big smile on my face and asked very politely, and I was in full uniform. I wasn't looking for a battle. Honestly, it's the first and last time it ever happened. Caught me off guard. At the end of the convo, she nearly screamed "ENJOY YOUR FREE RIDE!". Yikes.
