I have heard this rumor for two months and it seems to have some validity. I hope the EB understands that any TA that includes enhanced retirement for those who have already made the decision to bail out, and are no longer paying dues or risking anything by us striking, means that we are giving up something else(FO scale, scheduling or scope) and will result in a resounding no vote by the rank and file.
