I went through in Fall of 2014 as one of the First R-ATP candidates to go through the program. Literally no issues with anyone or anything. Since that time I'd venture Compass hired and put through hundreds of CFI/Cessna types such as my self with no issues. If you just spend a little time studying your minimal flows/call outs that are required of the E175 you'll have no problem. To add, at Mother D they don't even do a systems ground school anymore. 99% of fleets are 100% home study with the Electronic Systems Validation Day 1 on fleet training. Exceptions are MD88 which had 2 days of system review.
