I'd move. My commute is 1 leg and about as easy as it gets and I'm still counting the days when I'll be living in domicile. 2 leg commute is just not worth the pain especially if attempting to maximize days home. Otherwise if you must stay where you are, I'd look at SFO, you'll hold a line much faster there than EWR.
