I would like that to be changed in the PWA so that the MIL credit counts towards the trigger. It seems like a basic USSERA requirement to me.

*Incoming* company might ask to deduct all your extra ioe and sim lessons and reimbursement to hire another regional guy to cover your mil leave. Might be a wash.
