Well, I think I’m going to leave SWA and set up camp at AA. Many reasons, but mostly for the future opportunities. I thought that SWA was strong enough to make future opportunities a wash, but it’s not. SWA is just a discount airline that relies on their employees to continually get the job done despite not setting us up for success on a regular basis. As a pilot, I don’t feel that management cares much about us. I’m sure it’ll be similar at AA, but at least in 5 years I can complain about it as a CA or WB FO instead of in a 737 overnighting in LBB multiple times per month.
