Don't love anything that can't love you back.....no mgmt at any company cares about you except from the standpoint that you help them execute the operation set up to make as much profit as possible, but in that vein, you are an operational cost.

Bizness is bizness. Some mgmts seem to try more of a "teamwork" style and some mgmt's seem to take an adversarial approach. Both of them think it's going to work.
