[QUOTE=full of luv;2856545]Don't love anything that can't love you back.....no mgmt at any company cares about you except from the standpoint that you help them execute the operation set up to make as much profit as possible, but in that vein, you are an operational cost.
Very true. I know that mgmt will be no different at AA, but I won't care so much with more opportunities in the future. Most captains at SWA ask if I applied to other places, and as long as I trust them I let them know that I'm holding a CJO at AA. What's really telling is that most of them say that it's a tough choice. A few have even told me that if they were in my shoes, they'd have to think really hard about coming to SWA. One of the reasons I came here in the first place was that I heard it was a fun place to work and that everyone was pretty happy. My personal experience is that it's an okay place to work, and that people ***** and moan just as much as anywhere else. So if the work environment is fairly equal, what will keep me motivated to work are the opportunities for variety, sure not going to have that at SWA in the near future.
