Informational picketing. They should be going to every recruiting event to give prospective candidates both sides of the picture.
And the union should do something about union members in recruiting. That is something EVERY pilot working in recruiting is doing to themselves and everyone else. No one in the union (every pilot but management!) should be doing anything to help the company put butts in new hire classes until we get a pay raise.
