Looking at the latest vacancy bid, it's going to stay at around 16-18 months from DOH to hold DFW CA.

If you come in as zero qualifying time FO, you might have to commute for a couple of months as an FO, and after that can likely stay in DFW for the rest of your time here.
If you're a direct entry captain then, well, there's no reason to come here.
