Hopefully prospective new hires will see this for what it is. The company can advertise a higher hourly rate, but by reducing the extra $5K signing bonus that went to 145s, and just the general shuffling of dollars I think the total first two years of pay actually went down.
The company is still going to continue to falsely advertise “industry leading pay” and bogus flow times.
Certainly not going to do anything to help retain anyone.
Doesn’t change my efforts to get out.
Not that it makes much difference to your point but they had not been giving an extra bonus to 145’s. All NH have been getting the $22.1K regardless of equipment for the last few classes.
