Just from being a part of this forum, I have a minute "situational awareness", if you will, of the regional airline business operation. Terms such as IOE, scope, & rig pay all make more sense. Although I must admit that the trip, duty, & rig pay thing I not quite sure if I understand it completely. As a matter of fact, I know I don't. However, it's ok; with time...it'll come!!!
I will say this though; With the airlines lowering their hiring minimums, i.e. 300TT and an ME rating, makes attending a local FBO more and more attractive. Just one catch....what's the availability of a/c and instructors? What's your a/c mix? etc., etc., etc.
