How much time did you spend in the military? I served 30 years and retired as an O-6 with two Command tours and 6900 military hours and guess what I learned in all this time? Yes the military has bigots, racists and idiots within its millions of members. So does any and every other large organization including Delta Air Lines. All reflections of society as a whole. Maybe the airlines and military trend more conservative then society but far far less than 20 years ago and it is getting less and less so.

You really know guys who quit because they didn't like they way they were treated? My DI in AOCS was in my face for 14 straight weeks and I am just a white guy - maybe he thought I was a minority because why else would he harass a white guy? Oh yeah - thats his firggin job!
