But seriously, if you are an FO and you were being promised pay “raises” for months, and all you got were pay “enhancements” because of the money being shuffled around, then you have the right to feel let down by this.
I wasn’t saying you can’t complain but you won’t find any sympathy from someone who went through worse and would gladly be in your shoes.
If you thought you were getting pay raises and bonuses then the only reason you are feeling let down is because of your over active imagination.
