Yes I'm aware. However I assumed he was only referencing FOs since he was using the old "ATP hired CFI for the 175" line that's generally used to put down new FOs. He also said the 175 should be senior, captains are able to bid over to the 175 at any time (after seat lock if they're on one) and make it more senior if they wanted to. FOs do not have this option outside of initial class bid.
