Hard to say if going to a regional would better your chances. What will better your chances is attending meet n greets or career fairs that frontier attends.

I'm currently a captain at a tour company based at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. I'm interested in being a pilot for Frontier. I do need some advice tho in what I should do in terms of getting there. I will give my total times as of right now...

2086 TT
1095 ME
1737 Turbine
1379 PIC total
100 Instrument
85 Night time
953 XC time
430 PIC ME

With my contract ending in the middle of Feb I should have over 2300 hours. Frontier prefers 2500 hours. That being said would it look better if I go to a regional for a year then onto frontier or do I have a chance of getting in with what I will have by February?

Thanks,
John
