The very simple facts, that are easy to find, don't support this statement. Unless, of course, you define "the industry" different than everybody else.

Most everyone, especially ASA, have better provisions than you.

I'm not sure the actual ASA pilots we have at SkyWest would agree with you.

There are few provisions, however, that I would agree with you on. ASA requires 250 hours for a new hire at $23-ish /hr. SkyWest still requires 1000 hours, at $19.25 /hr.

I don't care to compete with the former; the latter will be resolved within the next month.

The pilots at ASA put their stuff together and got a great contract. Now you will be happy and ride their shirtails. You would make me sick, but I see the #'s, and you lose.

Might wanna go see a doctor if you think you're getting sick. Also, you might brush up on your basic math skills, while you're at it.

SKW pilots are not negotiating a new contract, by the way. Just (primarily) pay issues that the new ASA contract wouldn't even consider mid term.

Finally, I've got to say that there is no reason that we shouldn't be at the front of the pack in EVERY category amongst our regional peers and AT LEAST equal to our sister company.

I believe we'll meet that challenge in the coming weeks.
