Iv used it. I like it. My only thing is it takes up more space in my bag. Not much, though. Also, to use the tray table, you have to take the iPad down. Its real fast on and off so not a big deal. Those are my two cons
What I like most, is everything is in your scan. So you dont need to look left or right, away from the screens to look at your chart. Good for a quick double check of restrictions etc. This also helps during briefing. Alot of guys with the company mount talk towards their window and I can never hear them. Its better to take it off that mount and talk towards the other pilot, most dont do that though. With this mount, its easier to hear the other guys brief if they dont make an effort to talk loud enough haha.
This is also great for those hard IFR days, high workload, or rough turbulence. You dont need to turn your head and lose your scan to check something. It creates a highly efficient instrument scan. Almost as if we had another ND showing charts.

Stays in place real well. There are spacers as part of the mount for varying tray tables. The clipboard sized for the company mount works good too if you like to use lots of paper.
Doesnt get in the way of legroom, and im well over 6 foot.
