Before completing training at Frontier i’d have suggested anyone without 121 time would struggle, however my classmates proved me wrong.!
135 and 91 Corp folks did just fine though obviously there’s much less to learn if you’ve worked for a regional. There’s a hit in OE too; but we hire for fit.
It’s a great pilot group and everyone has a vested interest in keeping it that way.
The Meet the Chiefs events are a great opportunity to get a sense of wether *you* would be happy here..
