I would imagine that that type of flying is not very good for your instrument flying skills. Try for Frontier now, but I would look for a regional 121 job, if being a 121 pilot is where you want to be.
Yeah we don't really fly that much IFR. I think in a week I logged 7 hours of actual but that was during the winter. We do practice as a crew simulated instrument and shooting approaches just to keep current since we don't fly a lot IFR.
