Does anyone have a realistic first year pay guess? And yeah I know it’s a guess based on many unknown factors associated with base and reserve time. Just trying to get a number in my head, and seeing if I should plan on 12 month of min pay and hope for the best.
If you
live in base on rsv and they don't use you, pick up trips on your days off. This all goes on top of guarantee. realistically, you can credit over 85+ and only work 6-7 days a month depending on how much you get called.
