No way you'll come close to the 1400hr mark for 135 flying for PSI and flying outside of the company unless your pencil is uber sharp....

They let you fly but per the FOM you must have it approved which involves sending the chiefs an email staying what you're doing etc. You'll get a "your request from external flying is approved per section xxx of manual xxx per the time reporting guidelines per section xxx of xxx manual." You cannot fly for another 135 is the only no no and cannot interfere with your duties at PSI. 61,91, whatever. Knock yourself out. The last thing you'll want to do when you're home is fly more, trust me. The last thing. That was me though. You might be different.
You are also require to report your time. Most don't but you're supposed to.
