Pull out as in reduce the Envoy flying in MIA.
How junior MIA goes will always be vulnerable to huge swings. Less than 10% of our pilots are based there. If mgt decides to add a couple crews, the wait time gets reduced quickly. If the guys who commute elsewhere for lines bid MIA after a year or so, wait times increase quickly. If 20 guys come up for upgrade at the same time, wait times will decrease quickly.
MIA does seem to be an afterthought. The MIA lines seem to go through other bases a lot. It's always difficult to judge because our schedules will have ORD crews flying through LGA, while LGA crews fly through MIA, and MIA crews fly through ORD. I honestly think Envoy keeps it open as a base just to maintain a strong recruiting presence in Florida.
