I hope there is still time for rehab and reconciliation for this pilot who I know is a good and decent man. It appears he is struggling and in the fight for his life.
Nothing in aviation is more sacred than the public trust and I am thankful that the system worked and the brake was never released. I hope the rest of the system becomes available to him now.

Who said he was an alcoholic?? Nobody. It appears the poor people in back were about to be in the fight for their lives!
