My eye doctor got the paperwork sent out to them and I now have a 1st Class Medical Certificate and have contacted the FSDO for a medical flight test.

I will keep this thread updated as to how my medical flight test went and what to expect for others that might be interested in the future, so far it's looking like I have a solid chance at obtaining a 1st Class Medical which medically would clear me to go into any career I wish.

I do realize this is only medical but it's the only hurdle that I have outside of my own performance, but it's the only thing outside of my own control, and was the only factor that kept me from flying over the last 15 years.
It's always good to see guys going toward their goals and achieve them.
