Just returned from Europe. Delta One both legs over and back. My experience was 180° from yours. I have zero complaints and was treated extremely well by the FA’s. A330 on the way over, B777 on the way back. I can’t comment to the A350 specifically as I’ve not been on one but my Delta One experience was outstanding.
