Maybe that's just boilerplate that they use for all of their rejections, but the wording makes me wonder if I screwed up something on the application, like said "yes" to felonies or DUIs or whatever. My record is spotless, and if anything, I feel like I'm overqualified. Isn't there a pilot shortage?
Management refuses to ackowledge that they may have a hard time getting anyone with any experience once they finally need to ramp up hiring. My guess is you got the boilerplate/ standard rejection. Maybe find a new way to frame your customer related experience and try again. Nobody will be happy when we can only get raw, inexperienced pilots.
