I’m new to the company, so I am purely speculating, but it seems a ton of people are getting hired with no 737 rating. So not sure how important it is. Seems the hardest part is getting the interview . That being said, I can’t imagine a 737 rating not helping. Out of our interview class, only 1 was typed that got hired, and you can see the other class, from another reply, had only 4/30 typed. Who knows!! Best of luck to you either way!
