The stupid comments from passengers just adds to the aggravation and should be reason enough for added compensation!

“Don’t you get First class?”
“What’s your route?”

ACS Manual says DH crew will stow bags on board when possible and will board with Main Cabin 1 to ensure adequate overhead bin space.
FOM also says you “will” be assigned seat in PREM, SKY, or Zone 1, and then board with the assigned zone.
Being assigned a seat in zone 2 appears to me to violate the FOM.
