Does the lack of these programs hurt advancement opportunities for Skywest pilots or is it possible to make it to a legacy carrier without them? I have a degree with a 3.5 GPA in a non-aviation field so I can check the degree box.

Thank you for all of your help, It is greatly appreciated.
Southwest has a pilot cadet program now, might be worth a look.
