I know that there are issues with each company, and that for the first couple of months, commuting will be part of my daily life.
If I fly for a non-wholly owned, what are the odds of still getting into AA (taking into account I have a college degree) off the street?
Republic is a much better deal right now than Envoy. You will commute either way for a while, but Republic work rules are better than Envoy's.

If you are non-military, you might as well forget AA off the street. It's all flows and military, and very, very few (like, 2%) OTS guys.
