I know that there are issues with each company, and that for the first couple of months, commuting will be part of my daily life.
If I fly for a non-wholly owned, what are the odds of still getting into AA (taking into account I have a college degree) off the street?
Less than 10% of AAs new hires each year have been non military/non wholly owned pilots. Slim chance if we’re calling a spade a spade.
I’d go to Envoy or PSA if your ultimate goal is AA.
