Don’t choose WO just for the flow. Look at the big picture. If everything else is equal, sure, but Envoy in particular still has a long way to go to make up the “everything else” areas.
Envoy and PSA have both gotten flow increases in the last 1.5 years. AA’s solution may likely be to increase the flow from the WO vs open the floodgates to OTS hiring. Increases flow will make the WO more desirable to applicants and labor cheaper. Time will tell.
