Envoy and PSA have both gotten flow increases in the last 1.5 years. AA’s solution may likely be to increase the flow from the WO vs open the floodgates to OTS hiring. Increases flow will make the WO more desirable to applicants and labor cheaper. Time will tell.
The flow rate is set by Envoy and their staffing needs. AA will only take as much as the WO can offer. We are hugely profitable to AA so they won’t be doing anything to hamper their honey pot.
