I am looking to build pic x-country time as well and paying half the cost. I was wondering what the limit is (if any) of logging saftey pilot time. I believe I have heard it is 50 hours. If there is a limit, should you save it for when you are doing ME time building since it is so expensive? Is there any reason not to find a pilot friend and fly the pilot/safety pilot routine in building time?
I really don't want to pay as much as I am for my flight training
if I don't have to.
