Training for my sim partner and I was amazing I’m not sure about the washout rates but a good amount of people from the classes ahead of us didn’t make it through. The company will work with you if you need break out training but they have to see some kind of improvement. The instructors we’ve had were amazing and knowledgeable and thought us exactly by the book but it’s like any other company you’ll find a few bad apples in the bunch .
