I’m not saying certain captains can’t conduct themselves better but life is full of bad teachers, horrible bosses, and annoying coworkers. You suck it up. At least that’s what I was taught and I’m a millennial.
This is a dangerous attitude to have. If someone is unsafe or makes the working conditions such that it become a distraction, these people need to be dealt with. Every airline has a list and in my experience, it is typically about 75% accurate. Some get on them for something stupid or someones feelings are hurt, but usually, everyone has the same group of Captains, so there is something to it.
There is zero reason to be an ******* in this job. If you cant offer constructive criticism or guidance without being a douche, that is a you problem, not a we problem. Go learn how to properly interact with your fellow employees.
If you are offended that a list exists, you may very well be the type that is on it. Hell, if I knew I was on said list, I would work damn hard on myself to figure out how I can improve my social skills, that's what "
