Before the point gets lost, we need to be reporting unsafe driving most importantly. Speeding, tailgating, hard braking (generally from following too closely), general aggressiveness toward other drivers, etc.
A NYC limo company once ordered its drivers to strictly obey all traffic laws. The accident rate tripled, and so they were told to resume driving like everyone else did.
