I live in Clt. Commute to lga has been pretty good to me. Loads of flights and even when say lga has no seats to work you still have other airports to choose from. When I was relatively new, getting to ewr was the hardest thing (especially for the 4am sign ins). Seniority builds quick there though and after about a year you should be able to hold a line with no trips out of ewr. Between ewr, lga and jfk there’s a flight practically every hour.

Disclaimer: I’m on the 737 but would think bus is no different.
