Supposedly classes of 17 in October. I can't imagine the goal would be to spin up new-hire training for only 3 months.
I don't work here, but I could see sustainable hiring being two monthly classes of 10 people with breaks in hiring that correlate to the busy travel season (a break around in Nov/Dec that lets trainees get on line by March and another hiring break aligned with summer to avoid running OE during the rush). Taking 10 aircraft per year, you only
need 10 new hires per month plus a margin for attrition.
