90% of time was spent in the main room between interviews, this is where the Chief Pilot was throughout the day and 4 other pilots just taking questions.

I did two 2 on 1 interviews. Each had 1 HR/People department and 1 line Pilot. The first consisted of about 6 TMAAT style questions. The second was just a resume review a couple questions about resume/ history, then exit debrief.

It was a great experience, and as advertised. It seems they want to get to know you and tell as much about them as they can.
