Depends how much crap you’re willing to put up with as a junior 190CA. Living in base would make it indefinitely easier. The big unknown is how a completed Section 25.R will effect a new reserve Captain. Unfortunately we won’t be able to see it in action before the System Bid closes.
It's going to be significantly less lucrative then what you have now. Most notably because of the not being able to get premium pay for going outside your pairing footprint inside your RSV block days. That is going to save the company a lot of money. I do think there will be a lot of trips eventually going into the premium window and even RSA's but the overall amount you can make will decrease with the new reserve rules
