No mention about opentime on days off and
25.O.11.b and c designates "Applicable time..., the company shall offer Lineholders in premium first come/ first serve" and " Lineholders in Global first come/first serve".
I know that just designates the time, but why would it specifically state " lineholders" and not just " any pilot"?
Sure wouldn't make sense for "Global" to be limited to lineholders? But this is JB or I haven't yet comprehended section 25?
That’s what I thought too on initial inspection. But check 3.O.4
Premium Open Time shall pay 150% of a Pilot’s hourly rate. Reserves shall be paid above guarantee.
This probably should be addressed by the company/union.
