I'm not arguing that, I'm saying that the degree cost him the flow, he still had the SSP, which didn't require a degree. Delta agreed not to count your education, or lack there of, towards the interview score. For the SSP, it was only how you did that day of the interview, testing, cog, and panel. You could look at it another way, those of us who worked hard in college, got no points over the people who didn't.
