Sorry, looked through the contract and you only get two days off prior to IOE/OE. You don't get any days off after IOE per the contract.

It's standard practice to get a few days after completion of IOE, but don't expect too many days off. They need to process the paperwork before putting you online but depending on company needs, they can fast track it.
