Crap happens sometimes, but 30 days in a rolling 12-month period sounds like they had to have mailed it in more than once. Situations like this is what creates the confusion/different perceptions, but it’s tough to fault the company for taking action here.

Agreed, I was in the jumpseat of a flight and the FO was talking about how he got pulled into the CPs office because he had missed 30 days.
I commuted at OO and never had any issues. As long as your smart about it, have a backup plan, and keep an eye on weather/loads. You’ll be fine.
